You are welcome to contract with any vendors that you would like! We just require that they provide proof of insurance and all applicable licenses. Our staff would be more than happy to provide you with recommended vendors that we have worked with in the past & loved.
Absolutely! We provide a venue manager and appropriate staffing during your event to oversee your day in respects to the venue.
We’re so excited to answer this question! While wedding season can be busy, rest assured that you won’t even notice there are two venues on our spacious property. Each venue operates completely independently—with separate parking, ceremony locations, cocktail hour spaces, and even breakfast the next morning. Every detail is supported by its own dedicated staff and supplies, ensuring that your wedding day remains our sole focus.

All events must conclude by 10pm. Then, from 10pm-11pm all guests can depart as vendors complete clean up. The event centers will be locked at 11pm.
Aisling Hall can seat 200 and The Manor can seat up to 175.

Every JVW wedding package includes a venue manager, a Juniata Valley Winery representative who handles all venue-related logistics. They take care of table and chair setup, floor plans, stocking the bathrooms, managing bar staff and parking attendants, overseeing the caterer’s kitchen, and answering any questions you or your vendors have regarding venue policies.
A wedding coordinator, on the other hand, is involved in your specific event details - timelines, vendor management, decor set up, and more! They serve as your go-to resource throughout the planning process, helping you tie up loose ends to bring your wedding vision to life. From your rehearsal to slipping into your dress to your final dance, your coordinator is by your side, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They manage your timeline, oversee vendors, and take care of your bridal party and family—so you can focus on soaking in every moment of your perfect day.

We require deposits for your wedding packages and catering. After that, your remaining balances are due 30 days prior to your event.
The cost of of our overnight rooms and breakfast for those guests are included in our weekend & one day overnight package.
Yes! We provide white linen tables cloths in all of our wedding packages. These will be steamed, pressed and placed on the tables for you. Of course, you are more than welcome to bring your own if you prefer!
We want your creative energies to run wild! However, there are a few things we are not able to accommodate. Helium balloons are prohibited for use as decoration. Fire hazard items of any kind including candles, sky lanterns, floating luminary or sparklers, are prohibited.
Our in-house catering team provides a sophisticated dining experience designed to impress. Every dish is expertly crafted on-site by our talented chef, using the finest ingredients to create a menu that is both elegant and flavorful. We specialize in beautifully presented, thoughtfully curated cuisine that enhances your celebration and leaves a lasting impression on your guests. From exquisite hors d’oeuvres to decadent entrées, every detail is carefully considered to ensure a seamless and elevated dining experience tailored to your vision.
While our in-house catering offers an exceptional experience, you are not required to use our services. We also have a list of preferred caterers we highly recommend, each offering different levels of pricing and specialties to suit your unique tastes and needs.
Please note: Our in-house catering services are available as an optional addition to your contract based on our catering team’s availability. Availability is not guaranteed, so we recommend inquiring early to secure your preferred date.
All alcohol must be purchased and provided by Juniata Valley Winery. We offer a variety of options, including slushies, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, which can be added to your package. Two RAMP-certified bartenders and all necessary supplies are included to ensure a seamless experience. Please note that we do not allow open liquor or BYO.
